Sheila MacIntyre (Renfrewshire & Inverclyde)

I qualified from Dundee in 1995 and have since been an associate, VT Trainer (seven years) and NES sedation mentor. I am now principal owner, wife and mother of three beautiful girls.

My practice is in Kilbarchan where we treat a mix of NHS and private patients.

The practice provides all aspects of dentistry including sedation and implant therapy.

Despite the the recent turbulence within our profession, I am passionate about dentistry.

I feel now is the time to start giving back again.

Since the first Lockdown I have been more involved in the politics of dentistry and have devoted my time to colleagues who need help or advice. I helped establish the SDA in 2020.  We want all Scottish Dental Professionals to have a voice and influence in their own future.
